In our beautiful bookshop located in the center of Berlin-Zehlendorf you will find a sophisticated selection of wonderful books. We stock an extensive range of literature, new fiction as well as classics, including many carefully chosen book collector’s editions. We aim to support small local publishers offering an eclectic range of publications. Are you looking for thrills and chills? Are you a gourmet or a gardener? You have come to the right place.
We stock delightful art books as well as prestigious coffee-table books. In our non-fiction department you will find an extensive selection of travel books, books on history, philosophy, politics and current affairs.
We can also help the next generation of readers discover their love of books. Our growing children’s section provides plenty of books for all ages, from board books for the smallest hands to young adult reading. We have a large selection of picture books, children’s classics, educational books, and fiction for young folks.
Please note our stationery items, particularly our notebooks from paperblanks and Bindewerk, both promoting fair trade and environmentally sustainable hand-crafted items. Our range of postcards is becoming increasingly popular.
Needless to say we also have a selection of English-language titles, fiction, non-fiction, Berlin-related titles, and books for children of all ages.
If you are unable to find what you are looking for, we can order every book in print; in most cases they will arrive on the very next day. We can also order second-hand books for you.

Browse our selection and take a seat on one of our comfortable armchairs to peruse your discoveries. Enjoy one (or two) of our classic Italian specialty organic coffees, a wide selection of tea, or a refreshing drink while you relax. As a special service, we provide daily local papers as well national press.
